We will take your ideas and thoughts from concept to completion.

We will sit down and look at your ideas with regards to the existing site conditions and your needs, and will help you plan a project that will match or blend with your existing home and lifestyle. Any renovation or improvement we put together for you will look like it belongs to your home and not just a box stuck on the back of your house.

On all projects we consider your needs, “wish list”, and budget when presenting a proposal. Then we will prepare all the required drawings, specifications and details required for building permits, financing and construction.

This is a “for fee” service and is based on the size of the project and the details required. However, if you chose to contract the project with The William E. Frisch Company, the “Design Fee” will be credited in full to the contracted price.

Additions and Renovations

If you need more space or just want to create a better living environment, we can help you decide whether you should add a new room or a complete second floor to your existing home. You may also want to consider converting all or part of your existing basement in to finished living space which will match or improve upon your existing home.

We take pride in creating additions or add-ons that blend with or completely change the exterior appearance of the existing structure and do not just look like a box with siding stuck onto an old home.

We have much experience “living with our customers” while the work is being done. From dust control to trash management, we attempt to keep the job site as safe and bearable as possible during construction, while keeping the work going in an efficient and timely manner.

Kitchens and Bathrooms

One of the most rewarding aspects of our business is helping our customers put together a unique kitchen or bathroom for their new or existing home.

We attempt to keep up-to-date on the latest products in kitchen and bath trends, and our workmen are skilled in the proper installation of all the products for today's new kitchen and baths.

If you are trying to modernize an older style kitchen or bath and want to maintain the historic integrity, we are able to custom make or rebuild older style cabinets which are no longer on the market.

We will do the complete job from start to finish with our own people, with as little disruption to your daily lives as possible. All you need to do is enjoy the results.

Custom Carpentry and Built-ins

If you want to give your home a personalized appearance, we can install a new entry door, install "Victorian Trim" around your front porch or install new vinyl railings.

Customize the interior of your home by adding crown molding, chair rail, wainscoting, custom built-ins, or a new mantel.

We also install hardwood flooring of many species, styles and colors, along with a very good line of laminated flooring for those areas where wear and tear are a concern.

Custom Finishes

For many years we have been installing and repairing ceramic tile for our customers. With the growing interest in more natural products, we have expanded to include all the new granite, porcelain, marble, composites and many other new styles of ceramic tiles.

"Tile" is being used in all rooms of the home because of its durability and appeal. We install it all with our own people, who keep up with all the newest methods.

We are able to heat the tile floor you step on as you exit your marble shower surrounded by glass block wells, or we can install a “tile” splash above your kitchen counter which complements or matches your granite or solid surface countertop. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

Sunrooms and Decks

One of the newest building trends is outdoor living spaces. We can construct a room with glass walls which can be rolled back to create an open screen room, or we can build a more conventional room with many windows and skylights which allow you to feel you are outside.

These sunrooms can become all-season rooms by adding heating and cooling, possibly a fireplace or pellet stove, tile floor, built-in entertainment center - the possibilities are endless.

We also offer a vast array of decks and patios to complete your outdoor living areas. We offer maintenance-free decking materials, railings of no or low maintenance, and all the work is done by our own people.

Maintenance and Repairs

From simple handyman repairs to custom carpentry, we can take care of all those "little" things that you just don't seem to get done. We are available, on an hourly basis, for as little as two hours or until everything on your list is done (many of our customers have a "to do list” waiting for us "when we are available").

Emergency work will be done immediately, and other work can be scheduled around your schedule. Of course, all our work is guaranteed and insured.

Office/Rental Property Maintenance and Renovations

We offer complete maintenance and renovation services for professional office and property managers. We can see to all your needs quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions to your employees and tenants.

Our employees can take care of all your needs from simple repairs and maintenance to complete renovations of existing office space to meet the continually changing needs of your office or rental space.

We can help with the planning of your renovations with our knowledge of available products and space requirements or will work with your design professional to create a new office or rental space that will meet your needs.
