blend with your existing home and lifestyle. Any
renovation or improvement we put together for you will look
like it belongs to your home and not just a box stuck on the
back of your house.
On all projects we consider your
needs, 'wish list', and budget when presenting a proposal.
Then we will prepare all the required drawings,
specifications and details required for building permits,
financing and construction.
This is a 'for fee' service and is
based on the size of the project and the details required.
However, if you chose to contract the project with The
William E. Frisch Company, the 'Design Fee' will be
credited in full to the contracted price. |
